Anger is one of the most destructive and misunderstood emotions and can have devastating effects on your health, relationships, career and reputation. We all know that anger is a problem for many people. It’s also something we often don’t want to talk about or admit to having.
Our Anger Management Program is designed for those who have reached a point in their lives where they can admit they need to deal with their anger. The course is a brief intervention method that is simple to understand and provides evidence based cognitive training (CBT) that works. Its aim is to help you better understand emotions and anger, and learn the skills to manage and control it.
