Couples Counselling

Couples Counselling is a healthy way to improve relationships and grow together. Rather than dwelling on the negative things that often happen in relationships, it’s important to focus more on what works well for you individually as well as your partner.

Couples counselling is designed to help couples, including same sex partners, learn how conflicts can be resolved while still keeping the respect of both partners alive through the process!

Group Counselling

Group counselling is an accessible and affordable form of therapy that many people take advantage of. Group members are typically dealing with similar experiences and issues. The sessions are guided by the counsellor, but generally each person has the opportunity to speak, listen to others’ stories, and share their own experiences as well.

Group Counselling provides a safe space for everyone to have a voice – which can often be much more powerful than individual sessions alone.

Group Workshops

Group based educational programs designed to teach or introduce participants to practical skills, techniques and ideas that will help them better manage specific situations. The group support programs offered at Community Care Beenleigh include:
